GETTING TO KNOW YOU
Because we custom design every wedding, we want to get to know your taste and style right away. The best way to do this is through Pinterest, magazine clippings and images of what you love. If you have photos of your wedding dress, men's suits, fabric swatches, we'd love to see everything you have!
The initial consult: we know all the right questions to ask to help bring your vision to life. During the consultation, we will talk about wedding theme, favorite flowers, style preferences, color palette, and overall floral and/or event design vision. This meeting is crucial for us to really understand you as a couple, you as individuals and the vision you have for your wedding. Also come prepared to talk to you about your budget and we can help guide you through the types of floral arrangements and/or event design elements that are do-able within your budget.
BRINGING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
After our consultation, we will put together a basic proposal and cost-sheet for you. If you decide to move forward with Lavender Thyme Events, we require a $250 deposit to hold your date.
Once you choose us, approximately 2 weeks later, we will provide you with a detailed proposal, custom to you and your wedding or event. The proposal will give detailed descriptions of each arrangement, and you also get visual samples of the key floral and/or event design pieces. Everything we show you will be within the budget we discuss together.
We offer one personal | phone | face-time | in-person | complimentary consultation to gather your vision for your special day.
We "blueprint" a detailed wedding/event proposal complete with images, flower descriptions and recipes, so no surprises on your big day.
We obsess over every detail, as this is everything when it comes to wedding/party design. We are passionate about what we do - we want to bring your vision to life, making your day a memorable one.
We also want to schedule a venue walk through with you, to help visualize the floral and event decor.
